30 Day Hassle Free Returns - We offer a 30 day return to all purchases, if you wish to return a product for whatever reason please use the Contact Us page and a member of our team will help you with your return.

If you are outside the 30 Day Hassle Free Returns window, then please return your item[s] with proof of purchase to the following address:

Refunds

As soon as we process your return, you will receive an email confirming we have received your item(s) and issued a refund. All refunds will be processed within 5 days to the original payment method. This shouldn't take longer than 14 days from you returning the item[s] back to us.  

 

Terms and Conditions

You can return Pillow Talk products as long the item(s) are unopened; unused and unworn and have the packaging and/or tags intact. All items where the packaging and/or tags have been removed cannot be returned to us.

If you receive a faulty item then we are more than happy to exchange that for you, however, it must be reported to us within the first 30 days of receiving the goods.

Note: If not damaged, all returns must be in original packaging with the seal intact, any item with the seal broken will be considered used and as such won't be valid for return.
